“You owe yourself the love that you so freely give to other people”

It’s time to take some time for yourself. Take a breath, slow down, do something you love and something to replenish your energy. And this is what #selfcaresunday is all about.
I’m starting a new series here on the blog where on Sunday’s I share with you what I do to take that time for myself. This Sunday it will be all about what I use to cleanse my face to keep it looking fresh and young.
When it comes to skincare I have learned that it’s best to keep it simply simple 🙂 Which is why I love Shea Moisture African Black Soap Bar to cleanse my face. I love using this soap bar as a deep cleanse every day and the fact that it doesn’t dry my face is a major plus. The African Black Soap bar and mud mask always gives me that glowing skin.

I love mask and the mud mask is something that I like to use Sunday nights while listening to music and dancing around or relaxing in bed catching up on shows before getting ready to start my week.

Speaking of glowing skin is always in, I also love using L’Oreal skincare line and their facial scrubs and clay masks are a major staple in my skin care routine leaving my skin so smooth and flawless.

Sunday mornings are my spa days and I love waking up early to do a facial mask using one of the facial scrubs from L’Oreal. By the way their sugar scrubs are my absolute favorite. I always find myself going for those especially the kiwi one.

So I’ll see you all back here next Sunday for another volume of #SelfCareSunday
