#SelfCareSunday Volume 2

When you hear self-care you think about pampering yourself, Netflix and chill by yourself, mediating and exercise. But did you know that self-care also includes bonding sessions with your sisterhood? Whether you realize it or not, friendships are a crucial part in protecting our sanity.

“Sisterhood is powerful. Women can support each other in their pursuit for enlightenment, or anything else, without fear”

Self-care is about giving yourself the love and attention you need and having a group of sisters that love and care for you and support all your endeavors is a major key in life. The company you keep around should bring you laughter, joy and peace.

“Being part of a sisterhood means never being alone” Always be mindful of who you keep around you because they can impact your self-care for better or worse. I’m so happy that my sisterhood impacts my life for the better.

Self-care is so important. I hope you enjoyed your weekend – looks beautiful 🙂 And you have great taste in shoes – all of you!!

  4. That’s lovely. Self care is care provided “for you, by you.” It’s about identifying your own needs and taking steps to meet them. It is taking the time to do some of the activities that nurture you. Self care is about taking proper care of yourself and treating yourself as kindly as you treat others.

  5. I can not express the importance of selfcare enough. We should all be taking time to care for ourselves.

  6. Self care is literally my life! And I agree for me sometimes it’s time with my loved ones. It’s all about recharging.

Our sisterhood matters more than we know. The older I get the more that is true.

I love the concept of sisterhood self care! So often we neglect to engage in sisterhood which can us get through life.
