#SelfCareSunday Volume 3

“Self-care means giving yourself permission to pause”

Here’s to lazy Sunday’s that allow the bare minimum so that we may regain the strength we need to press restart and start over.

Self-care allows us to take time out for ourselves to stay healthy in mind, body and spirit. It reminds us that it is okay to be selfish with your thoughts and your peace of mind.

When we don’t make ourselves a priority, we beginning to…

make poor choices in life

get tired and grumpy

don’t sleep

have horrible eating habits

get into arguments and do things we’re not proud of

become emotionally detached

Be sure to give yourself permission to pause so that you can not only be a better person for yourself but a better person for the people in your life.

With that being said, when was the last time you had a lazy Sunday?
